AM60 Fitout Project.
OE Elsafe’s latest project, AM60 in Brisbane, is a landmark 21-level A-grade office tower that exemplifies contemporary design and premium workplace standards. The building has achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
OE were pleased to partner in the nine-floor refurbishment, supplying OE Elsafe soft wiring across 914 Incorporate Design workstations.

The AM60 refurbishment, designed by the IA Group, creates a contemporary workplace that supports the client’s objectives of efficiency, flexibility, engagement, collaboration, and wellbeing.
The space features Elevar EON Height Adjustable Workstations from Incorporate Design, ideal for flexible layouts that can be easily reconfigured to meet evolving workplace needs.

The workstations are equipped with PACE desktop power units, offering two auto-switched, angled GPOs and TUF USB-A+C fast charging for convenient and reliable access.
Power is delivered from the ceiling to the workspace via our premium Power Pole, a discreet floor-to-ceiling dual-segregated cable feed that provides convenient and reliable desk-level access.

Beneath the surface, the Elevar EON telescopic cable tray integrates with OE’s PRODIGY cable basket and cable snake, ensuring cables are safely and securely managed to their working positions.
