Geneva Airport – A Celebration of Colour

Designed around the colours of West Switzerland’s tourist attractions, Geneva Airport cleverly uses colour to define individual space functions. The newly refurbished Geneva Airport terminals operational from late 2021, treat passengers to vibrant and visually engaging spaces, lined with comfortable seating which is provisioned with the convenience of device charging at almost every seat.

While waiting for flights, passengers are able to charge their devices on one of the many PLANET power modules capable of charging up to 5 devices each. Based on the popular PLUTO power module, PLANET provides 3 socket outlets that can be configured with any combination of power and USB charging points.

Built with sustainability in mind Geneva Airport is powered by solar panels with the entire building designed to be energy positive, an impressive feat considering the myriad of activities, shops and the number of PLANET power modules available.

Future-Proof with TUF-R to Maximise the Investment

Fitting PLANET with TUF-R modules maximises the investment. TUF-R USB chargers can be upgraded or replaced by anyone using a simple OE tool, without the need to turn off the power or call an electrician.

Reversible TUF-R Type A Port

TUF-R includes the world’s first reversible Type A port, to ensure a first-time connection every time. The USB A connector can be inserted both ways streamlining the end users experience and cutting down on wear or damage from incorrect attempts, maximising the working life of the power module.

Technology never stands still, so being replaceable also allows TUF-R to be upgraded as laptop and mobile charging technology evolves.
